Clearance from floor to bottom of table top is 24.375” (26.75” for the first 7” under the table top).
This table differs from the DT-121ENS in that you can specify one leaf, maximum.
In this version, the table base remains stationary while only the table top separates from the center allowing you room to place only ONE 24” leaf. This leaf stores within the body of the table top.
Leaf is for occasional use only. Keeping the table extended with the leaf in at all times is not recommended as this could cause the table top to sag over time (due to its weight and gravity).
With custom sizes wider than 40”, the leaf cannot be self-storing. This table cannot be fabricated less than 40” wide because the leaf would not fit inside.
